WOW is a global movement encouraging participants to dedicate one hour a day to mindful communication — pausing before sending texts, posts, or speech that could cause harm. Participation is voluntary, free, and intended for personal growth and community well-being.

You agree not to use the Site or any WOW community channel to send abusive, harassing, misleading, or unlawful communications. The movement exists to reduce harmful speech; using our channels to spread it contradicts our purpose and may result in removal from our lists and communities.
The WOW name, logo, slogans, and all content on the Site are owned by WOW and the Afikim Initiative. You may share our message for non-commercial, awareness-building purposes with attribution. For any other use, please contact us for permission.
The movement and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise specific outcomes from participation. Mindful communication is a personal practice; results vary for each individual.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOW and the Afikim Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the movement or use of the Site.
We use Mailchimp to deliver emails and manage our subscriber list. Your interactions with Mailchimp are also subject to Mailchimp's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services beyond our control.
You may leave the movement at any time by unsubscribing from our communications. We may also remove any participant who violates these Terms or acts contrary to the spirit of the movement.
